Smart Home / IoT brings sensor information and valve controls into a remotely managed building system. It starts from a shared need across home, hotel and hospital scenarios: seeing the system as a whole instead of monitoring separate devices.
Connect the work between devices
Managing multiple sensors and control points individually complicates daily operation. Software needs to do more than provide a remote switch: it should make the relationship between physical conditions and control actions understandable.
From sensors to the management screen
We treated embedded systems, sensors and remote access as one flow. The system centres on monitoring sensor information and operating valve controls through a shared management area.

Automation shaped around the building
Central management aims to reduce switching between devices and the need for physical checks. Each installation’s hardware, connectivity and operating rules determine the scope; savings or uptime are not assumed to be the same for every building.
